The Sandy Beaches Foundation exists to provide support to pregnant and unmarried young girls who choose adoption or seek the knowledge and education required to be a good mother.
There are many programs and homes aimed at supporting vulnerable young girls; some are wonderful, and some are not. The Sandy Beaches Foundation reviews and visits these homes, reviews their staff, facilities, and support programs so that you know that your money is going to an effective program. Once a program gains our support, we set up regular visits to make sure that the standards we demand are maintained.
We use the money we raise to continuously review programs for pregnant young girls and are dedicated to finding and supporting people who are making a difference in these girls’ lives. We support existing programs such as Our Mothers Home located in Fort Myers, and Hannah’s House.

Group Homes
We have also established endowments for our goal of building group homes dedicated to helping young girls through education, physical fitness, self-esteem, and confidence building programs. Our goal is to take the best ideas from various programs and build successful homes dedicated to achieving superior results for the girls and their babies.

Neecy’s Nest
Our Girls Group Home
We are founded upon and teach the principles of helping and loving one another. We teach the girls to seek knowledge and wisdom as if they were gold and silver and we believe that self-esteem is developed through accomplishment and achievement.
Neecy’s Nest will be a home for unmarried pregnant girls between 11-18 who seek shelter from the storms of life and are committed to making a better life for themselves and their families.
Neecy’s Nest and the young women will make a commitment to each other for a minimum of 18 months of education and training.
Our education program will utilize customized independent learning and tutoring programs that will enhance the girls’ chances for success. We will emphasize nutrition, health, citizenship, history, mathematics, and financial independence. Neecy’s Nest will provide group and private counseling as well as on-call nursing and midwife services for the mental and physical health requirements of the young ladies.
Physical fitness: Exercise, self-defense, and walking trails with sitting areas for peaceful contemplation are a requirement for the successful development of these girls.
Residents will learn habits that improve their education and future job prospects. We believe that through effort and accomplishment, they will begin to confidently make educated decisions for themselves and their families.
We seek to build a family of caring people who will continue to grow long after they have left our home. We will develop programs and encourage women to mentor and help others in the future.

Neecy’s Nest is not for everyone because Neecy’s Nest is not a quick fix. We will focus on a healthy body, healthy mind approach. We believe in helping girls who are willing to work hard and are committed to changing their circumstances. Our focus is on kids in need of help; therefore, Neecy’s Nest does not participate in political or social arguments, nor are we affiliated with any specific religion.
